The Diamond Elite Series has a small change in their new phones.
If you have a speaker phone model, Diamond + L2S-10E and Diamond + L2S-5E, the volume adjustment is no longer on the right side of the phone. It is now the Handset Volume button. The Handset Volume Button now controls both the speaker phone and handset volume
